Crazy Eggs take the matching game puzzle genre to an insane new level!  This is an original concept compared to the tile matching genre of arcade gaming that will drive players crazy as they try and beat the clock.

The game offers three different modes of play.  In challenge mode, players have a time limit for each level, but have access to items that will help them complete the levels, and there is also support for combos (when they match certain eggs or complete a certain number of matches within a given amount of time).  There are also multi-layered eggs and obstacles included in the challenge mode.

In the casual mode, there are no time limits on the levels, but only base items are provided to complete the level, and there is no support for combos.  Finally in classic mode, the options are exactly the same as challenge mode, except the multi-layered eggs and obstacles are omitted.

The objective of the game is to guide the dinosaur along its journey; each level you complete advances it further along its path.  In each level, the player must pair eggs of matching colour and patterns by connecting them using a single line with less than two bends.  The rules may be simple, but the layout of the game board and the position of the eggs allow for an almost unlimited combination of possible matches to complete the level.

Speed is essentially for high scoring, and you can add to your score by making combos.  A combo is scored by making a match before the combo counter (blue bar) runs out.  However, the main goal is to complete the level before the time counter (green bar) hits the end.  There are various items (which are allocated at the beginning of the level) that are very useful for completing the levels, and you can replenish them during the game by matching the eggs that are highlighted at specific times during the game.

Crazy eggs is a colourful and creative version on the classic matching puzzle genre.  The sprightly look and feel of the graphics, easy layout of controls, good game design and game play all contribute to an absorbing experience.  It is fast paced, exciting, and sure to keep you brain working overtime.
